Experience – 0 to 2+Years
Responsibilities: –
- Making outbound calls to prospective clients and explaining products and services for generating appointments.
- Generate leads/prospects over the phone
- Ability to develop & maintain a positive working relationship with the client
- Should be responsible for acquiring new clients, identifying new business opportunities, facilitating the creation of solutions for clients, account management, and revenue collection.
- Coordinate Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Follow Up
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction & Completion of Tasks as Per Target, Including Reporting
- Manage Customer Service & Ensure Customer Retention

B2B Field Sales Executive

Responsibilities: –
- To present, promote, and sell services to existing and prospective clients
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential clients to meet their needs.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Develop new business opportunities with the sales strategy
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Should Achieve sales targets
- Collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales reports
- Assist in debt collection
